Overnight Guest Policy:
Anyone present at the property between quiet hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. is considered an overnight guest. Each residence is allowed a maximum of two (2) overnight guests per week, unless additional guests have been approved in advance by management.
Guest Policies:
- All guests must follow all house rules.
- Guests are not allowed to be at the location without the supervision of the house member.
- Violation of the guest rules may result in all guest privileges being suspended.
- In a seven (7) day period, a member is allowed to have a guest two (2) times.
- To have an overnight guest more than the allotted two (2) times per seven (7) days, the member must get approval from management in advance. Without approval, the additional overnight guest is automatically denied.
